Information about our self-exclusion and cooling-off options

1. Self-Exclusion Process

You can choose to completely exclude yourself from playing by contacting Live-Chat. Your account will auto-reactivate upon your request. You will be bound by a minimum 6-month exclusion period when opted.

2. Consequences of Self-Exclusion

While self-excluded, you cannot open new accounts and will forfeit any existing competition entries, non-cash prizes, or invitations not yet utilized.

3. Cooling-Off Period

All Players can also opt for a temporary cooling off period (24 hours to 6 weeks) via live support after which their account will automatically reactivate. Additionally, we may close accounts if we believe gambling is causing harm, and opening a new account in such a case is at your own risk.

4. How to Request Self-Exclusion
