1. Registration Process
Registration: Begin by selecting the Register option and then carefully fill out the form with your complete name, valid email, Referal ID as applicable. Password: Choose a secure password and confirm it during the registration process. Deposit: To fund your account, click Deposit, choose your preferred payment method, provide the necessary payment details, and confirm the accuracy by clicking Deposit.
2. Age Verification Requirements
Age Verification Timeline: Your age must be verified within 72 hours of your initial deposit; failure to do so may result in account suspension and restricted gambling activity. Underage Policy: If your age is not verified within the timeframe, or if you are found to be under 18, your account may be frozen, funds withheld, deposits returned, and any winnings or bonuses voided.
3. Multiple Account Restrictions
Attempting to open multiple accounts will lead to their closure, potential closure of the original account, transfer of funds to the initial account (minus fees), and administrative charges. Multiple accounts per household are also prohibited.
4. Data Sharing and Financial Status
The platform may share user data for verification purposes and does not offer credit or interest on balances, nor is it a financial institution.
5. Unintended Financial Gain
Using the website for unintended financial gain can result in account adjustments and permanent closure.
4. Right to Refuse
The platform reserves the right to refuse, terminate, or limit any bet for any reason.
5. Account Closure and Fund Management
The platform can close accounts, cancel/refund winnings (minus charges), withhold funds, and apply debits without explanation, while still honoring existing contractual obligations at the time of closure.
6. Fraud Prevention and Money Laundering
Suspected illegal/fraudulent activity, creditor issues, or detrimental behavior can lead to account freezing/closure and stake cancellation; abuse of progressive jackpots can also result in access suspension, account closure, and confiscation of winnings. All transactions are monitored for money laundering prevention.
7. Void Bets and Account Restrictions
The platform reserves the right to void bets and/or close accounts if it suspects manipulation, insider information, prohibited betting practices, rule violations, criminal influence, significant odds shifts, or errors in bet acceptance.
